Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has been reported to have offered a £32.5 million bid to sign AS Roma star Kosta Manolas before the end of the January 2017 transfer window.
Initially, Manchester United were said to be considering a move for Benfica player Victor Lindelof, but the talks has hit a wall, and Jose Mourinho has now turned his attention in luring Manolas to Old Trafford.
According to the report, the Portuguese manager wants to strengthen his defense and has submitted a £32.5 million offer for the 25-year-old Greek professional footballer.
Kosta Manolas joined Roma in 2014 from Olympiacos for around £12.8 million, and he has started two of his side’s past three games this term in the Serie A.
